Fixes

• Fixed the farthest slanted wall to the left leading out of bounds in Reset World 5. (Thanks, Skremus)
• Fixed secondary keyboard bindings turning transparent instead of green when editing.
• Fixed player sometimes getting hurt when jumping on moving enemies.
